I have been to this Belgian city about two times. It is my third time when i visited this place. It is a very quiet and peaceful place so i really liked it. I came here all alone to enjoy and relax in peace from other cities hustle bustle. Durbuy is a Walloon city and municipality located in the Belgian province of Luxembourg. To enjoy the city and relax in peace book a good hotel Durbuy in one of the city's best restaurant. Durbuy can be easily reached by expressways and minor roads alike. Another reference point is the Ourthe Valley: Durbuy and the river are like twins, marking the boundaries of the regions of Condroz, Famenne and the Ardennes. citytrip Durbuy in the city are perfectly located so that everything is just nearby. I stayed in one of the best hôtel Durbuy in the city which was nearby the city center.

In medieval times Durbuy was an important centre of commerce and industry. I enjoyed my peaceful stay in the Durbuy Hotels room. Tourism and recreation are its main activities nowadays. The city have many famous attractions thats why im a regular visitor to this small place. Tourist train - This tourist train will drive you to the viewpoint, from where you can admire Durbuy's magnificent panorama. Open every weekend and public holidays from Easter to end October. weekend Durbuy in the nearby area are good for stay. Durbuy, the smallest city in the world, is undeniably picturesque. Jam Maker - visit to the home of handmade jams. Production of flower and wild fruit jellies, traditional jams, aromatic vinegars. This jam maker place was just few kms from my hôtels à Durbuy . Marckloff Brewery - visit to the traditional brewery. A traditional Durbuy activity. Marckloff, a traditional beer that retains all the flavour from its past. I stayed in the hotels Durbuy which served the best chilled beers in the city.

Other attractions of the city includes Diamond museum - Modern construction. Collection of jewellery set with diamonds. Process from the rough diamond to the finished jewel (pictures, photographs and illustrations).Copies of famous diamonds. A craftsman-goldsmith will show to the public the secrets of his workshop. He sets the diamonds, melts and works with the gold, creates and finishes the jewels. I also saw a diamond exhibition in my Nightlife in Damme . Topiary Park - A unique collection in Europe of pruned bushes spread over 10,000 m2 in the Ourthe Valley. The attractions of the city are well preserved. I relaxed in my Museums in Ghent room.

Nightlife in Durbuy

If anyone thinks that Durbuy wont have a good nighlife so you are mistaken. Durbuy also have a exciting and vibrant nightlife. Near my Attractions in Brussels area also there was some good bars and pubs so that youngsters can enjoy the city as well the nightlife. There are many shops around the city where you can do lots of shopping and can also enjoy the good food. For more than 150 years, the town has been famed for its cuisine, bringing in connoisseurs from far and wide. It is one of the driving forces behind Durbuy’s tourism economy. Numerous products are produced locally, which means the markets in other villages can also be patronised.

Belgian Ardennes, Namur and Liège

From Durbuy i planned to visit Namur. It is a city and municipality in Wallonia, in southern Belgium. It is both the capital of the province of Namur and of Wallonia. I stayed in one of the best Namur hôtel in the city. Namur is an important commercial and industrial centre, located on the Walloon industrial backbone, the Sambre and Meuse valley. Namur has taken on a new role as the capital of the federal region of Wallonia. Its location at the head of the Ardennes has also made it a popular tourist centre, with a casino located in its southern district on the left bank of the Meuse. While staying in the city Namur hotel i also visited the casino in the city. The town's most prominent sight is the citadel, now demilitarised and open to the public. While staying in the city Hotel Namur i also enjoyed the beer festival. It plays host to a beer festival at Easter. Namur also has a distinctive 18th century cathedral dedicated to Saint Aubain and a belfry classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

After Namur i planned to visit Belgian Ardennes. It is a region of extensive forests, rolling hills and old mountains formed on the Givetian (Devonian) Ardennes mountains. hotels in Belgische Ardennen België in this region are very well designed. The Ardennes includes the greatest part of the province of Luxembourg (number 4), the south of the province of Namur (number 5) and the province of Liège (number 3), and a very small part of Hainaut (number 2). I stayed in one of the best Hotel Belgischen Ardennen Angebot in this region. The region is rich in timber and minerals, and Liège and Namur are both major industrial centres. The extensive forests have an abundant population of wild game. It was the best weekend Belgian Ardennes in this region. The scenic beauty of the region and its wide variety of outdoor activities, including hunting, cycling, walking and canoeing, make it a popular tourist destination.

Then i thought of moving more to Liège. A city at the crossroads of Northern and Southern European culture. Liège is an old industrial center which faces the challenge of adapting to the 21st century. Its a good city to enjoy and here i enjoyed my stay in the hotels in Luik . Take a walk through the old city center and discover the typical traffic-free alleys and shopping streets where terraces abound. This city also have good and architectuarlly well designed citytrip Liège . If you like local specialties you cannot leave the city without having tasted a sweet 'Gaufre de Liège' (Waffle of Liège). You will find this delicacy at every bakery and even at stands in the street. My citytrip Liège was near the best restaurants in the city.
